Description
A blunt balisong that opens, rolls and closes on pivots printed in position, with diamond cut-outs down both handles. It comes off the plate already swinging — no assembly needed, it prints ready to flip.
This is a fake. There is no cutting edge and no point. It is printed in PETG as a flipping and skill piece, and it will not cut anything.
The pivots decide whether this piece is any good. Each one prints as a captured pin inside its own housing, separated by a clearance fine enough that the layers never fuse during the build but the handle still swings without slop. Too tight and it locks halfway through a rollover; too loose and the handle wanders off axis and the rhythm goes with it.
The cut-outs are not only decoration. Removing material down the length of each handle drops the swinging weight and moves the balance back toward the pivots, which is what lets the handles come around cleanly instead of dragging through the turn.
